Each category of product has its own dispatch and refund policy, please see below:

Esims/Routers

All E-sims are purchased for the time specified up front, with all purchase data being anonymized. This means that we are unable to refund any purchases that include an anonymous e-sim or related product. Our sims are assigned to you within 1 working day, delivery is instant.

Graphene Phones

Our graphene phones are made to order. They are dispatched within 1-5 working days based on availability and workload. We only offer refunds for faulty devices as these products are custom made. Delivery times range from 1-3 days UK and 2-5 days rest of world.

Hardened/Encrypted iPhones

All our iPhones are supplied with an anonymous e-Sim and are made to order. They are dispatched within 1-5 Working days. Due to the bespoke nature of the product and the supplied anonymous e-sim we can only offer refunds for faulty devices. Delivery times range from 1-3 days UK and 2-5 days rest of world.
